The hue of this timber when polished with natural oil was the inspiration. The glazed worktop matching the Aga enamel added to the carnival of colour.
|Ash & Granite-
The grain of wax oiled ash is visually prominent. Large round corners are a design feature set off by the black granite which is also on the handles and knobs.
The native pippy oak, finished with hard wax oil, makes this traditional galley style kitchen come to life. Finished with baltic brown granite worktops.
The design details for this utility room, were based on the original pieces elsewhere in the property. The doors feature the original method of construction as do the shelf brackets.
Simple bold lines made this kitchen dinner look striking and function effectively. The curved corner cupboard housed the boiler, ironing board and has space to air the washing.
The curved lines allow smooth passage through this kitchens bottle neck, which is the only route to the dining area and rear garden beyond in this Victorian town house.
